5. LICENSE TYPES

5.1. Standard License (for Non-Commercial Entities)
An individual or organization operating under the Standard License may install and use TeamSpeak software on one or more physical machines, without paying a license fee, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. The individual or organization must be non-profit in nature. TeamSpeak Systems GmbH and Triton CI & Associates, Inc. reserve the right to assess and determine if any individual or organization is non-profit in nature.
2. The individual or organization cannot exceed hosting 10 Virtual Servers throughout their entire operation. This limitation is completely indifferent to the number of physical machines upon which the TeamSpeak Server application is run. For example, 1 Virtual Server running on 10 completely separate physical machines owned or operated by the same individual or organization will still achieve this limit.
3. The individual or organization cannot exceed hosting 1000 slots throughout their entire operation. This limitation is completely indifferent to the number of physical machines upon which the TeamSpeak Server application is run. For example, 10 Virtual Servers configured with a maximum slot count of 100 each running on completely separate physical machines owned or operated by the same individual or organization will still achieve this limit.
